2. Online Payment Terms

    • We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED currency.
  2. Account Information
    • You must create an account with accurate and up-to-date details to access our online payment portal. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  3. Third-Party Payments
    • Payments should be made directly by the client. If a third party makes a payment on behalf of the client, both the client and the third party agree to abide by these Terms.
  4. Payment Authorization
    • By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the specified payment method.
  5. Secure Transactions
    • All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed by trusted payment service providers. However, Visa Experts is not liable for unauthorized use of payment details.
  6. Service Provider Responsibility
    • Visa Experts is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by the payment gateway, card issuer, or bank.
  7. Double Charges
    • In case of duplicate charges due to technical issues, the second charge will be refunded without interest within 45 days.

3. Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    • Once the application process has commenced, payments for services are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in the signed contract.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 45 days.
  3. Conditions for Refusal or Cancellation
    • Visa Experts reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without a refund if the client:
      • Fails to provide required documentation or respond to communications.
      • Submits documents late for embassy or consulate processing.
      • Attempts to disrupt company operations or damage its reputation.

4. Security and Liability

  1. Data Security
    • Visa Experts implements industry-standard measures to protect payment and personal data. However, no system is entirely secure, and clients are responsible for safeguarding their payment details.
  2. Fraudulent Transactions
    • Any misuse of the payment portal for fraudulent purposes will result in legal action. The client’s IP address and transaction details may be tracked and provided to authorities if required.
  3. Client Responsibility
    • Clients must ensure their accounts are adequately funded to complete transactions. Visa Experts is not liable for transaction failures due to insufficient funds.

5. General Terms

  1. Price Adjustments
    • Visa Experts reserves the right to revise prices due to external factors such as changes in government policies or service provider fees. Clients will be informed of any price changes before proceeding.
  2. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
  3. Updates to Terms
    • Visa Experts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services indicates agreement to the revised Terms.

6. Disputes Resolution

7. Notifications and Confirmation

    • Clients must retain transaction records and adhere to Visa Experts’ policies for reference.
  2. Payment Confirmation
    • A confirmation email will be sent to the client within 72 hours of successful payment.

8. Promotions

Promotions and discounts offered through the website are subject to specific terms outlined in the promotion. In case of conflicts, promotional terms take precedence.
